Download:
Current Version:    bsptool-1.0.1b.zip (go to the download page)

Requirements:

The BSP Tool uses a libxml2 to parse a BSPXML file and validate the content in the process. It requires libxml2 version later than 2.6 in a Linux environment.

Build:

  1. Unzip the package.
  2. make clean
  3. make
  4. ./bspparser <BSPXML_Filename>

Usage:

After BSPTool parses the input BSPXML document, it generates the bootstrap code of the target platform according to the hardware specification and booting process describes in the given BSPXML document.

The generated bootstrap code is placed under the soc directory. System developers need only patch the OS or application to call the assembly and C entry functions in the generated code to replace the bootstrap code to finish porting.
